CAPO Queensland State Records

Important Update - April 2026

The Queensland State Records have been updated to align with the National Records and now include all equipment types. The previous Queensland State Records for Raw/RawPlus only have been archived. These updated records apply retrospectively from the start of the 2022–2023 competition year.

Lifters are eligible for State Records at state and local competitions held in Queensland. State Records are not awarded at National or World competitions. There is no minimum qualifying total and all lifters are eligible for Open records without needing to nominate for the Open division.

Queensland State Records are also available to visiting lifters competing in Queensland events.

Due to the close relationship between Fortitude Barbell and Cyclone Training Centre, Queensland Records will also be available at eligible competitions held in Lismore.
