Fortitude Barbell can provide a personalised health and fitness program for you and your team. Our coaches have a range of experience, from one on one, group fitness and team building, to sports based training.
Our corporate fitness programs are designed to meet your team’s needs. We put an emphasis not just on health and fitness but on building a stronger team in and outside the gym. We cater for all levels of health and fitness, from the very beginner to the most advanced athlete.
We can also provide a health and fitness check-up for your team on a monthly to quarterly basis. This will help inform your team of their individual health and fitness and what they can do to improve over the coming months.
Head coaches Jonny “B Bad” and Jamie have a great deal of experience in delivering health and fitness talks to both small and large groups. These sessions can be tailored to the group’s goals and are a great way to introduce your team to what we do.
Session time: 45min – 60min
Over eight weeks, our coaches will introduce your team to three powerlifting movements, squat, bench and deadlift. The group will learn the movements and lift progressively more weight so at the end of the eight weeks each person will have the chance to do a maximum lift to achieve a personal best. The last session of the eight weeks is where we run the personal best session. You will find your team comes together over the eight weeks to support each other to achieve their best.
Throughout the eight weeks, the groups will also train complementary exercises to ensure that they are not only as strong as possible to lift their new personal best but that they lift in a safe manner to avoid injury and to feel confident.
Session time: 30min – 60min
These sessions can be run at your office or in a local park. We can also organise access to our private training studio gym in Fortitude Valley for small groups.
Our outdoor fitness sessions are designed to be fun! But don’t think we won’t have your team breaking a sweat. The classes can include standalone sessions or a mix of activities such as boxing, cardio, team building, circuit training, core and flexibility classes. We will tailor these sessions based on your goals for your team and their level of health and fitness.
